Their sharing is permitted provided that the artist’s name and other relevant details (title of the work, technique, year) are clearly credited.

The works are protected by SACD and ADAGP, organizations of which the artist is a member. Any intentional reproduction or copying for dishonest or fraudulent purposes is prohibited.

Any use, reproduction, distribution, commercialization, or modification of all or part of the Site without the express authorization of the Publisher is prohibited and may result in legal action and proceedings as provided for under applicable law.
