Ladies of the forest
The Lady of the Forest is reminiscent in some ways of the woman/white doe found in the tale Prince Charming by J.-M. Leprince de Beaumont (who inspired Jean Cocteau his filmthe beauty and the Beast).
This figure also appears in one of my plays: Lost in the Forest.
Suddenly there is a white doe in front of me. She is there and looks at me, she does not flee as she should flee, as she could. Is it still my mind that is deceiving me or the heat of the sun since midday, but I know, it all tells me something... I know this tale, it was told to me when I was little! I'm not here to get lost in a tale, I want reality... Do you hear reality? I want reality, I want you! Make all these paper tales, these chimeras disappear...
I have no choice, I have to follow her, she won't leave me in peace until I follow her. And after all, why not follow her rather than the road, one way or another I don't know where I'm going, so what does it matter!

The forest of metamorphoses
In November 2021, I had the chance to host a creative workshop during the festivalThe Songs of They with the association's photographersIMAJEU And the socio-cultural center of Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray. The objective was to have fun surpassing our plastic limits by offering an installation that goes beyond photography and is inspired by myths and the magnificent neighboring forests. The interest was also to offer scenographic objects for the artistic approaches of photographers in order to promote their creations.
